While this review is just over one year old I just retired my Xbox one for the new Xbox X. I found the covers from my two battery charger for my Xbox one controllers are different where the tabs won’t line up on the cover so I won’t be able to use the old recharging system unless I can find new battery covers! It s the only thing that appears to be different.🤷♂️
You have to push where the arrow is like push hard and lift the back plate off. Its not a big deal.
I just use normal double AA batteries cheap enough
I have a long long type c charger cable anyway so I’ll save the money and go for 3rd party
My xbox branded battery stopped working after abount a month or two
