GamLokR Installation Guide:
GamLokR’s explanation for the buildup: The buildup that you are seeing is due to 2 things, the edges of the adhesive on the grip being exposed and the slightly thicker grip giving sweat and grime a place to gather. We recommend using a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean the grip periodically. The grip will become more tacky and the grime will be removed by cleaning. As you suggested a toothpick also works well.

Wow…what garbage! How does a closed cell material address sweat. It doesn’t! Torch $20 and save your controller from this sticky mess. KF is better but my money is on the OG SquidGrip or Wicked-Grips which have none of these issues.
